穷奇，中国古代神话传说中的上古四凶之一，是西方天帝少昊的后代，因毁信恶忠，崇饰恶言，被舜流放，迁于四裔，以御魑魅；和混沌、梼杌、饕餮并称为远古“四大凶兽“，亦为《续汉书礼仪志》所记大傩逐疫鬼十二神中之一。

《山海经•海内北经》述：穷奇状似虎，有翼，食人从首始。

《神异经•西北荒经》云：西北有兽，状似虎，有翼能飞，便剿食人。知人言语，闻人斗，辄食直者。闻人忠信，辄食其鼻。闻人恶逆不善，辄杀兽往馈之。名曰穷奇。
